On our public website, we only collect essential contact details (name, phone/WhatsApp number, country, and preferred language) and a general summary of your healthcare requirement. We do NOT require or solicit detailed medical records through public online forms.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used solely to:

• Contact you via your chosen communication channel to discuss your requirements.
• Assign a coordinator who speaks your preferred language.
• Privately evaluate matching healthcare providers in India based on your needs.
• With your explicit consent, share anonymized medical records with potential treating hospitals for evaluation.

3. No Public Doctor Directories or Public Profiles

IndiaHealthConnect does not maintain a public doctor or hospital marketplace. Provider data and patient inquiries are strictly partitioned in our secure private system.

4. Data Retention & Right to Erasure

You may at any time request the deletion or deactivation of your inquiry and contact records by contacting our Data Protection Officer at support@indiahealthconnect.in.
