1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the IndiaHealthConnect website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

IndiaHealthConnect provides non-clinical healthcare facilitation and coordination services. We assist patients in finding accredited medical providers in India, scheduling appointments, obtaining second opinions, and navigating language and logistical barriers.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

All doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, and hospitals are independent entities. IndiaHealthConnect does not employ doctors or medical staff to deliver treatment, and is not responsible for the medical treatment, diagnoses, advice, or surgical outcomes provided by third-party healthcare institutions.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
